RETURN POLICY

GUARANTEE
Client satisfaction is our main priority. Jewel Ace is committed to producing goods of superior craftsmanship and quality. We believe that our client’s transactions with us must result in an enjoyable, and rewarding shopping experience. We guarantee that all our products will be delivered to you in new condition without damage or fault in craftsmanship.

CLAIMING A REFUND / REPLACEMENT / REPAIR
In order to claim a refund / replacement / repair, you must first notify us within 7 days of receipt of item by e-mail:mail@jewelace.com  to advise us of the problem with the product. We will then confirm whether a refund is available for the transaction. We will then send return delivery instructions to you. Once we receive the returned product we will contact you to confirm receipt. Refund will be made in the original form of payment.

The refund or exchange is processed within 48 hours of our receiving back the item. The refund will be provided subject to receipt of the artwork in the original state.

Note: The guarantee will not apply if the product is damaged after the date of delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

ORDERS THAT THE GUARANTEE APPLIES TO
This guarantee is an internet guarantee and therefore applies exclusively to orders received through the Jewel Ace web site and does not apply to clients who purchase and/or pick up items from any of our stores.
WHEN THE GUARANTEE WILL NOT APPLY
Jewel Ace reserves the right to refuse to refund / repair / replace of the product if the returned product is not:
•    In its original new and unused condition (i.e. scratched or marked);
•    If the product, once inspected by our jewelers, is found to be free from manufacturing defect / fault;
•    If the claim of refund is not sent by the client within 7 days of receipt of the product by the client;
•    If we have specially made the product at the client’s request (custom made item);
•    If the product has been engraved at your (the client’s) request.
•    If you changed your mind and you no longer wish to keep the product, or if your circumstances have changed and you no longer require the product or if you have found and /or purchased a product elsewhere.

ORIGINAL CONDITION
Original, new and unused condition means that no stone is missing, that all the original stones are still in the piece, and that there is no damage to any part of the product, scratches, marks or any wear whatsoever. At Jewel Ace we do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used or worn. If an item is deemed to have been used, altered or damaged it will be returned to you (the client) and the full purchase price will stand, plus any shipping incurred in delivering the product initially and for the return of the product to you.

JEWELLERY – PRECAUTION AND CARE
Jewel Ace has taken utmost care in manufacturing each jewellery piece with the best possible technical assistance. But still if problems come then solutions are also there.
The oxygen and sulfur compounds in the atmosphere are possible sources of tarnishing. Moisture assists the tarnishing process. Tarnishing is superficial corrosion of the carat surface and is evident by a usually dark discoloration – the tarnish film.
Possible causes include:
1.    Perspiration  (everyone’s body chemistry is different, hence this is why some are more susceptible than others)
2.    Perfume, hair or deodorant sprays
3.    Tarnishing during storage (Storage boxes may contain organic sulfur compounds)
4.    Preparation of vegetables such as onions & spices
Solutions to the problem include:
1.    Store Jewellery in a pouch or bag in a dry atmosphere.
2.    If stored in a pouch or bag, ensure it is free of sulfur containing compounds
3.    Polish Jewellery regularly with a soft cloth to remove any early tarnish films,
4.    Clean after wear, and do not put perfume, deodorants while wearing the jewellery.
